


PLC Electrical Engineer
1. Develop, participate in and communicate electrical solutions for company projects.
2. Carry out electrical hardware & software design and equipment commissioning, including creation of electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, control cabinet layout drawings, selection of electrical components and generation of BOM.
3. Program and commission PLC‑based control software, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure project delivery as scheduled.
4. Coordinate and resolve technical problems arising during project execution.
5. Compile, revise, organize, update and archive electrical project deliverables; support project acceptance activities.
6. Assist Electrical Department Manager with daily team management.
7. Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
1. Minimum 5‑year hands‑on experience in electrical solution development, component selection, design, programming and commissioning.
2. Proficient in mainstream PLC platforms of common brands, with expert‑level knowledge of Siemens PLC systems.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, execution and communication skills; capable of working under pressure.
4. Familiar with four major robot brands (primarily ABB, KUKA, FANUC). Prior experience in robot programming, communication configuration, path commissioning and teach‑in is preferred.
5. Automotive‑industry experience is preferred, especially projects for automotive final‑assembly workshops including chassis systems, power‑assisted manipulators, robotic and non‑standard automation lines.
6. Core responsibility focuses on electrical control; robot tasks are supplementary. Candidates with solid electrical background may be considered even without robot experience.
Assistant Design Engineer
1. Assist mechanical design engineers in 3D mechanical‑structure design of non‑standard automation equipment.
2. Generate 2D drawings in compliance with customer requirements and internal technical standards.
3. Support engineers in developing project proposals, track project progress, and align design schedule with production timeline.
4. Communicate with production and assembly teams to assist in resolving design‑related issues.
1. 1‑3 years of mechanical design experience with solid theoretical fundamentals in mechanical design.
2. Proficient in 3D design software for modeling, sketching and other design tasks.
3. Good communication and teamwork skills for effective cross‑team collaboration.
4. Basic knowledge of product manufacturing; familiar with machining and assembly processes; capable of learning and applying relevant technical knowledge as required.
5. Meticulous, responsible and resilient under work pressure.
6. Candidates with welding fixture design experience are preferred.
Automotive Fixture Design Engineer
1. Undertake mechanical design for non‑standard carriers, hangers, fixtures and automation equipment in projects, and develop corresponding technical solutions.
2. Execute design tasks assigned by Design Supervisor; deliver fabrication drawings, BOM and purchased‑part lists and other design deliverables.
3. Provide prompt and accurate responses to factory inquiries on component machining and pre‑assembly; provide on‑site technical support at plant as required.
4. Rapidly resolve technical issues during on‑site installation and commissioning; attend site for technical support when necessary.
5. Proactively collaborate and support cross‑team colleagues.
1. College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
2. Proficient in 2D / 3D CAD tools for automotive fixture design (e.g. AutoCAD).
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
4. Familiar with German and Japanese fixture design conventions and Volkswagen specifications.
5. Knowledge of vehicle assembly production‑line processes.
6. Committed, strong team player, capable of working under pressure.
7. Willing to accept occasional overtime.
Mechanical Design Engineer
1. Understand customer requirements and assess the feasibility of automation equipment solutions.
2. Independently complete equipment design, including drawing design, selection of motors, standard parts and components, drawing detailing, engineering drawing output, and BOM list compilation.
3. Ensure the delivery schedule for equipment design, fabrication and commissioning in accordance with customer requirements.
4. Conduct manufacturing cost evaluation for equipment.
5. Carry out conceptual equipment design with 3D software and independently deliver 2D design drawings.
6. Collaborate with the Electrical Department to optimize the overall machine design.
1. College diploma or above in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing; 5‑10 years of mechanical design experience in automotive equipment manufacturing.
2. Capable of independent structural design for various non‑standard machinery, with solid knowledge of diverse mechanical structures.
3. Familiar with mechanical equipment design and machining processes; proficient in 2D and 3D design software.
4. Self‑motivated, responsible, good team‑player with strong professional ethics.
5. Prior experience in integrated design of non‑standard automation equipment for automotive final assembly workshops is preferred.
6. Candidates with good oral English skills will be given priority.
